CERTIFIED SALES SPECIALIST
The Certified Sales Specialist (CeSS) Program focuses on laws, regulations and principles on perfection of a sale contract, obligations of the seller, obligations of the buyer, and special rules on sales of real property and personal property. In short, the focus on this program is the law on sales under the New Civil Code (NCC) of the Philippines.
CPLR, INC. affiliates with CeSS affiliate are expected to exhibit competence and proficiency as managers, supervisors, and high-ranking personnel in industries dependent on sales contracts.
Enrollment in the CeSS Program entails four (4) training sessions with two (2) hours each. To pass, one must get a grade of 75.00% in one (1) major proficiency examination.

CERTIFIED TAX REMEDY SPECIALIST
The Certified Tax Remedy Specialist (CTRS) Program, also known as the Certificate in Tax Remedies (CeTR) Program, focuses on taxpayers’ payment remedies, taxpayers’ contest remedies, government’s remedies, and appellate tax remedies. In short, the focus of this program is the basics of tax remedies under the National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC) of the Philippines, as amended, and other special tax laws or tax regulations.
CPLR, INC. affiliates with CTRS conferment are expected to exhibit competence and proficiency as tax agents, tax consultants, tax liaison officers, tax accounting associates, or tax compliance officers.
Enrollment in the CTRS Program entails four (4) training sessions with two (2) hours each. To pass, one must get a grade of 75.00% in one (1) major proficiency examination.
DIPLOMATE IN JURAL PROCEEDINGS
The Diplomate in Jural Proceedings (DJP) Program is CPLR, INC.’s law-graduate-level practical-theoretical certification program that aims to train paralegals and researchers in advanced paralegal and legal research functions. This program focuses on the following:
- The art of pleading a defense (theoretical)
- Complete preparation of an answer (practical)
- Trial techniques and strategies (theoretical)
- Complete preparation of a memorandum (practical)
CPLR, INC. affiliates with DJP conferment are expected to exhibit competence, excellence, and brilliance as legal department leaders in private companies, law office managers, and chief paralegal officers in government or private offices. They are likewise so conferred because of their potential to become trial lawyers. Please check for prerequisites.
Enrollment in the DJP Program entails sixteen (16) training sessions with two (2) hours each. To pass, one must get a grade of 75.00% in one (1) major proficiency examination.
MASTERCLASS IN JURAL PAPERS
The Masterclass in Jural Papers (MJP) Program is CPLR, INC.’s masterclass-level practical-theoretical certification program that aims to train paralegals and legal researchers in advanced paralegal and legal research functions. This program focuses on the following:
- Client management and trial preparations (theoretical)
- Complete preparation of a judicial affidavit (practical)
- The art of pleading a cause of action (theoretical)
- Complete preparation of a complaint (practical)
CPLR, INC. affiliates with MJP conferment are expected to exhibit competence and excellence as legal department leaders in private companies, law office managers, and chief paralegal officers in government or private offices. They are also so conferred because of their potential to become law graduates. Please check for prerequisites.
Enrollment in the MJP Program entails twelve (12) training sessions with two (2) hours each. To pass, one must get a grade of 75.00% in one (1) major proficiency examination.
